I've been on the Board of a non-profit, National Braille Press, for several years and I've run blindfolded in their signature charity run Vision 5K in years past. This year Vision 5K is taking a break but NBP offered me a charity slot in the Boston Marathon and... well, I like challenges and... I LOVE this cause.
This isn't a 'stunt'... the challenge is BIG but even bigger and better... The Mission- showing that with an indomitable spirit and support of friends, family, even strangers... you can accomplish what many would say is impossible.
That is what the team at the National Braille Press and their supporters are all about and I'm ALL IN.
